I have a friend who has 7 lots in Enoch (just west of Cedar City) Utah that he wants to sell. They are in a brand new master planned community that has just begun development. It has an elementary school, 3 baseball diamonds, and several large ponds that the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources will take care of and stock with fish. He was going to buy them for his kids but when they started bickering he got fed up. I'm going to pick up one of the lots myself to have a 2nd home in S. Utah.
If you're not familiar with the area it's less than 1 hour away from Zion National Park, and about 45 minutes from St. George. Neat mountains. It's also 15 minutes from Cedar Breaks National Monument and Brianhead Ski Resort - they call S. Utah's Park City.
