Selling our house in Norristown, PA

We are selling our house in Norristown (identified as one of the 40 Hot Towns in the March 2007 Philadelphia Magazine), because we are relocating due to family. We have a large single (1900+ square feet), that has lots of great features. I will put a link to the listing below, but I thought you might like some features that aren't listed on the website. Specifically, we have 2 large, active dogs ourselves, and we have set up a dog door from the walk-out basement that leads to the yard. Out there, we have an area fenced off for "dog business", keeping the rest of the yard (including the above ground pool) clean. We are also literally 4 blocks from a 700+ acre farm park that has lots of trails for running/walking/biking with your dogs. In addition, we are 25 miles from Center City Philly, which can take 30-50 minutes driving (depending on time of day), or an always-consistent train ride from the Norristown Transportation Center (only 1 mile from the house). The best news? The price is right in your range, and if you take the time to see the house, you'll see you are getting a LOT for your money.
