You don't even say which city and state...? Nobody here will be able to help you just with your street address.
If you re-post, I'd remove your address and just post the general vicinity, I'm not sure it's a good idea to put your address out online like this.
Call shelters and vets, put up signs in the neighborhood (important), put an ad in your newspaper, maybe post on some local sites like craigslist. I hope Panda is wearing some sort of ID tag, and is microchipped. And, I hope you find him!
