Asking $375k, but would probably accept $350k

2+ garage, RV barn, workshop, pool room and In ground Pool all on an acre inside city limits. Built in 1936, it's probably eligable for historic status, being built by J.M.McKinney, a well known local banker, and being of brick construction, which is unusual for the Nature Coast of Florida.
