Just had to put my family home in Fairfield, CT on the market for sale. It's in heart of the the Greenfield Hill area, which many think one of the loveliest and most private areas. It has a master, plus three other rooms that can be used as bedrooms, a full basement downstairs with one very large room that could be finished and become a very large playroom for kids or maybe a double office or second family room. Also formal Living room, formal dining room and family room upstairs. Has fireplace and elevator. Just under 2 acres (1.93), surrounded by woods and flowering trees, wetlands. It's listed for $799,000 and it probably the least expensive home available that is actually in the center of Greeenfield Hill. (A lot of people like to say they're in the Greenfield Hill area or that they're in Greenfield Hill when they're not). The address is 485 Greenfield Hill Road, if you wish to look it up.
