Would you consider a rental while I work on getting a loan through Cherokee Nation ? does the house have central heat and a/c, where is the fireplace, how big is the yard, is there a washer and dryer that come with it, what kitchen appliances come with it, what kind of flooring, and will it be repainted and such for the new tenant ?
