Chill laid back, easy going, athletic dude here... house is located between Killeen and Georgetown in Florence Hill Country, just 20-25 minutes from Ft. Hood, and 45 minutes from Austin. House is on 15 Acres. Its a pretty cool, chill place, especially if you want to get away from the mess in Killeen/Hood. I live with one other male/housemate, looking for one more.

The house is located in Florence Off 195 Between Killeen & Georgetown. The house features air conditioning, deck, wood floors, yard, carpet, small storage, parking, fireplace, laundry, hot tub, dishwasher. Your room is furnished. You have a private bathroom, private closet, Satellite cable hook up, Wi-Fi internet, No Fees to move in, utilities included. You have access to all public rooms and grounds.

Looking for another chill, easy 2 get along with trustworthy dude...., other roommate is currently active in military, and deploys later this year.
Atmosphere is chill, no hang ups...

Available June 1st 2007, but can make arrangements if you want 2 move in earlier.
