Default Housing in Prescott Valley AZ area

Hi,
We are relocating to the Prescott Valley AZ area, and are in need of housing. We would prefer to rent for a while before deciding where we would like to buy. The sale of our home in Cottonwood AZ is closing on May 30th. My wife and I, 12 year-old daughter and four dogs are looking for a pet friendly landlord and a home with a fenced backyard with grass.
If you would be interested to renting to responsible friendly people with friendly housebroken and non-destructive pets, let me know. Rent should be $1200 or less, and the homes needs to have at least three bedrooms and two baths (note ******* living with us). A room that could be used as an office would be nice too, since my wife and I both work from home. I am a web designer/photographer and she is a writer/artist. You can check out some pictures of our family at my Beagle's Blog removed.

Hi flyboy - welcome to the town! The Prescott Daily Courier (check the classifieds in the Sunday edition) is a great place to look for rentals. It's available online at http://prescottdailycourier.com/

You can rent a nice duplex (about 1000-1100sf) for about $700-$800. Houses usually run about $800-$1200, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding something.

The best to you!

Thanks Gretchen. Yes, we are doing that, and talking to people we know in the area.
