Default Cocoa, Fl home to trade for Western NC home
We have a 4bd/2ba double wide mobile home on 1/3 acre. Almost 2000 sqft. We are about to move back to NC and thought rather than rent it out, maybe someone in NC was looking to move to Florida. The house has hard wood floors that we put in ourselves, a whirlpool bath tub in the master bedroom, screened in front porch, privacy fenced yard, 2 large sheds, 2 car carport and there is also an above ground swimming pool in the shed that we will leave here with it. If anyone is interested, just let me know and I can send you pictures.
