I have used this elliptical maybe 5 times in a year and a half. It still has the styrofoam on the handlebars! Mat underneath is included. You will need a friend and a truck to help get it out of here as it is on the second floor. You may have to partially disassemble, FYI, but you won't have to take it completely apart, and believe me, that's a bonus right there.
