It is approx 1.5 blocks (a five minute walk) to the Pier and Beach.
Old Orchard is approx 15 south of Portland. Our family visits Old Orchard every year and my kids love it. There are rides, miniature golf, an arcade, waterpark, etc. You can go on fishing trips, see lighthouses, go canoing, visit an Island in Casco Bay (we like Peaks), or go whalewatching.
We currently have several specials right now:
For the period of 4/3 to 5/27 you can rent our condo for $450/week.
If you would like the entire period from 4/3 to 5/29 (8 weeks) it is $950 for the entire period.
June weeks starting 6/5, 6/12/ and 6/19 are discounted to $700 per week.
July and Aug are $850 per week.
On any of the above weeks I offer a $50 discount if the booking is made prior to March 1.
Our condo is professionally managed and cleaned. We are also featured on Trip Advisor. It is a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with off street parking for one car.
We also rent from late summer to end of may by the month. Perfect for students or executive travelers.
