Can anyone tell me if there's a municipal marina in Cleveland? I looked online and saw one listed at E. 55th Street, but the information looked old. I did a reverse look-up of the phone number and didn't get that as my return.

Thanks in advance!

Well what are you looking for?

What sized boat?
What amenities at the marina?
Dry storage or in water dock?

I mean E.55th is the best definition of a municipal marina in that area.. but there are others very close that may offer more.

Let me know what you are looking for, I'm a self-proclaimed Cleveland Marina expert.

Hi, thanks It's a 24' Lyman, probably need fuel and a dock for the night, showers and restrooms, maybe a place to eat. We finally found a website for that place, E.55th, after a whole lot of searching, and it looks fine, is it not? Can you recommend a decent place to spend the night near there? Thanks again.

Check the Emerald Necklace marina in the Rocky River. Better amenities than at 55th street and I think they have a couple of transient slips. They are on park land but are technically not a muni run marina, the marina is run by a private company.

Are you going to be fishing? Of so, when and for what?

I docked in Cleveland for several years, moved the boat to the islands for a year then moved to around Vermilion which is my favorite area but I fish first and cruise second.

ok, thanks for that info. This is just a pleasure cruise from the Toledo area, no fishing. I'll check out that marina and let them know.
