I'm not familiar with the west side suburbs of Cleveland, but I live about 15 miles from Chagrin Falls and have been there many times! Your list completely describes it!! From the older homes, its own little "downtown area" with small shops, wonderful festivals, etc. You should definitely at least check it out as one of your choices. I also have friends with kids that are in that school system, and they are very happy with the schools.
