Talk about riff-raff talk I think I found it. The "situation ", thats how you describe people you do " know " about thier neighborhood , Good Grief I so want you as my friend.
You say 10sq. miles to avoid then include almost all of Cleveland Proper which is 75 sq. miles in it self . Well a least you left Parma alone and Maple Hts. ,Bedford Hts. and Warrensville Hts.
I don't want to bring it up but I feel have too "Seven Hills ", You just might want to move after all it is very very close to your area.

the riff-raff tends to settle. I know many people who live in all of the above places who feel safe and happy with their situation. some really . I live on the South side (technically still the East side) in the Independence area. It's a great place also.

Ugh, I don't even know where to begin dismantling this gross misconstruing of what I said. My recommendation: Reading comprehension courses would do you well. Complete and well structured sentences would aid you in getting your point across.

Seven Hills is perfectly safe. One violent crime does not make or indicate a region's tendencies. Which, of course, is the meaning of my original post. But, I have a feeling that you might as well give up trying to understand that.

Not sure what you are trying to say here but Seven Hills is not a dangerous area, if thats what you're getting at.

Look, I'm not saying the entirety of these suburb-cities are bad - even East Cleveland has Forest Hills - but you cannot ignore there is a rapidly growing problem with the riff raff in these areas. Look at (SE) Brush and (CH) Heights High? The problems at (E) Euclid High? Trust me, these issues weren't there 15 years ago, not at this level, and they are getting far worse. Hell, Brush wasn't having these issues 10 years ago.

Actually, statistics are showing that the problems are leveling off and even beginning to decrease. Cherry-picking a few incidents doesn't change that the tendencies are generally positive. I could just as easily point out some of the disciplinary issues that Lakewood, North Olmsted, Parma, and Brooklyn schools have had. That doesn't make them bad places to live.

Where are these statistics? I'm not asking that to argue, I'm generally curious where you have read these reports - I certainly hope that things are leveling off and getting better.

I can only report on personal anecdotes, and that Brush went from being a great middle class school in the 90s (my high school years) to, according to my sister who pulled her kid from the system a few years ago, a place full of class disruptions/kids fighting in the halls/gangs (be them real or alleged)/racial, mostly anti-white tensions/belligerence to teachers/increased security, the kind of place you dread sending your kid too
