Default New Hotel-office complex at Hopkins Airport

New hotel-office complex one of possible improvements in Cleveland Hopkins' new master plan | cleveland.com

I realize this is only an idea in the making right now but What are the chances this actually happens? What does everyone think?

Is Cleveland really on the rebound?

I for one love the idea. Cleveland needs new ideas like this, we need our region to grow.

P.S. I already know 1 or 2 people who will bash this, I won't name names but i'm just waiting for them to bash this.

I like the idea. No clue if it will happen.
Saw this on the news last night. They had a slightly different mock up that actually looked a bit cooler then that.
But what I don't understand is the part of the article that says "the hotel is just not convenient because you have to take a shuttle bus there"? Seems convenient to me?!?!
Really?
A shuttle bus is inconvenient?

In todays Plain Dealer , article today reports that Cleveland and several suburbs
had a study done on developing options around the airport .
Seems like a good ideal . However many cities have been doing this for years,
and as close as Detroit .Anybody else read this article ?
Even if nothing comes of this , It was good to hear that the City and suburbs
are starting to work together on this and many other revenues in recent years.
