We built a Ryan many years ago, and we got a lot of medium quality house for the money. It depends upon what stage of life you are in. They are known for giving a lot of sizzle, which appeals to the masses, but you get what you pay for. If you don't mind being squeezed into a development (we still treasure the friends we made there), and you know in advance what amenities you are willing to compromise on like cheap woodwork and formica), you might like it. On the plus side, they are VERY experienced and you will probably not encounter any building difficulties.
