Default Cleveland Housing Service???

I logged onto the Cleveland housing service and was SHOCKED to see beautiful homes for $2000-$30,000. Is this a typo (repeated) or are they in a nuclear land fill or something Not sure what to think about it.

If you mean $30,000 and that is not a typo, I suspicion they are in need of serious work and/or located in a neighborhood in which I would not travel in daylight with an armed guard. Possibly foreclosed homes being sold-in which case buyer seriously beware, as many whose homes go into foreclosure do not perform upkeep as they already cannot afford the house payment.

That said, Cleveland area is generally reasonable on real estate. Even in some of the burbs you should be able to pick up a decent small ranch or bungalow between $80-90K, maybe less in some neighborhoods of decent older housing in "Cleveland" proper.

Thanks. The pics of these cheap houses might be in their prime or just the taxes or arrears? I keep trying to find Coventry Village houses online, but other than their web site, I can't seem to find an exact location other than that it is a part of Cleveland Heights. What are the ranges of housing there? I did touch bases with a realtor, I will have to talk with him directly before I come for an informational visit. Has anyone used the Cleveland housing service with sucess? Thanks.

Nope no typo and the dwellings are very nice! I wish i were eligible to qualify for one of the new homes but i think you have to meet an income guideline.
