Can some folks give me some estimates on monthly gas and elec bills up there for a 1300 sq ft home or town home??
I know their guess, but please help by giving me an idea!
Thank you, you all have been so helpful.

Iam also curious about this because we're moving into a 1330 square foot townhome in about 6 months...according to the property manager, her guess was around like $110.00 per month for both...I was thinking of contacting the Illuminating co for a rough guess...

From November - April our heat averages $225. May - October average is $40. The electric bill averages about $50 for the year. Give or take a little for space heater or window A/C. Our space is about 1350 sq.ft.

So sorry I didn't keep up with your replies. I received an email from city data that I had responses to this thread...

Gas and heat are basically the same thing. They are on one bill. If your stove is electric that will be included in your electric bill, of course.

So are you moving here this fall?
