Too bad the food there isn't very good - in my opinion anyway. Sandwiches we got were completely soggy on the bottom (that were on the plate), and the service was REALLY bad - especially for being a weeknight that we went on.

We made the trip from Indy to try this place and we loved it! Food was outstanding! Nice atmosphere too, lots of fun.

We arrived around 3 pm on a Wednesday and still were told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait for a table, for our party of 2. Glad we didn't have a larger group!

After placing our order it took nearly an hour to get our food.

We had to leave twice to put more coins in the meter.

So if you are planning to eat here allow plenty of time and take a roll of quarters!

Great place. I tell my friends and family about this place and they look at me kind of weird because in their minds, they see it as just a grilled cheese. SO MANY OPTIONS.

Advice: have your cardiologist on speed dial

I have mixed feelings about Melt. On one hand, it is a really creative idea and the food is pretty damn good. On the other hand, it does seem a bit overrated.

There's better food elsewhere in Northeast Ohio.

I plan to get a group of foodie friends together and make the trip from Indy again!

This time I want to leave enough room for dessert. After an appetizer, I could only eat half my sandwich and fries, took the rest back to the hotel in a box, and ate for breakfast the next morning.
