everybody is ripping everybody else off here... who sold walmart the property in garfield heights, on a landfill no less... it is closed now due to methane gas.. the epa is suing the city, who ends up paying - the taxpayers of course - and the property tax is already stupidly high there.

correct me if i am wrong, but the lakefront (eg burke lake) was also built on landfill
