(remember, the exception doesn't prove the rule)

yes yes and yes.. mygosh! look around you!! Has anyone gone out west this summer as i did , and out to yellowstone and the clear air and NOT noticed the difference in smell and air upon returning? like night and day... air quality in most northern cities are filthy.. our job goes back to texas thank god, in a few months. It is sad really becuase ifcleveland got its act together, EVER, it could return to the fun 90's and vibrancy and develop the beautiful lakefront!

If you plug the toilet up, don't expect the landord to come over and fix it; do it yourself or pay a plumber yourself! I'm not talking about "roofing"

Those stats are weird. I can never understand them. On another list I saw Cleveland was in the top 5 in the country, so dont be so fast to get happy.
