Question pepper pike

I was recommended Ursuline college to finish my degree and I was wonder what Pepper Pike it really like. I can't really find many photos of the area but housing seems reasonable and from what I've read on other websites the crime is low. Please tell me if this town is as charming as it seems.

Pepper Pike is in a very nice & affluent area. Crime is minimal. It is very much a bedroom community. Chargrin Falls is next door & offers a small but nice offering of shops & restaurants with beautiful scenery. If you enjoy the outdoors, you will be very near the Metropark system.

I'd second that. I worked a little in Pepper Pike two summers ago and I thought it was a very nice area.

Pepper Pike is a small, very rich community. The crime is very low, and the schools are top rated. The median housing value is $430,000, which is very high Compared to Cleveland's median housing value $85,000. The houses cost a lot but you get more than you pay for because the houses there are huge. You can find houses in the city for around $200,000, but most cost more. The area is very well educated, and if you afford it I would definetly live there. The only down side is its kind of in the snow belt, so you can expect around 70 inches of snow a year.

So I understand that the heights are also good areas that are cheaper? I own right now but since if I do move there it will be to go to school I don't intend on buying right away. Thank you all for your help.
