Seems like a desperate attempt to get young people to move downtown and small business people to open up shop.

I was in downtown Cleveland today...it's still sad.

Poor Cleveland.

Drop the taxes, people! Quit wasting money! Let the businesses come in and hire people!

Ugh. So sad to watch this city slide down the drain.

I wouldn't judge any downtown area based on a sunday afternoon.

Last night I had to park on E.14th to eat dinner on E.4th....Between the Modonna concert and the good weather, the restuarants were packed.

And luring young people downtown is a moot point; apartments are 97% full. http://www.freshwatercleveland.com/f...ing082511.aspx

Far from a desperate attempt to get young people downtown. If any parts of downtown seem "sad" still, it's because developers aren't quick enough on getting apartments available, hence other businesses can't open up yet! What area were you in?
