Just say an article about it being #30 in the US for food, but is expected to gain a ton in the next few years. The writer is stating it'll be at the top.

Thanks for posting these links costello_musicman and usaf_1832. Living on the North Coast and seeing so much immediate change in regards to development after hearing so many unfinished proposals over the years has been very refreshing. Articles like these, recognizing what we already know, are icing on the cake!
