I would check out Weslake just west of Cleveland. What is your price range? Because the SE suburbs are great. Right around the Cuyahoga Nat'l Park, and only 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland.

Default Moving from NYC

I need to be down by concert venues and such. I am looking for a relatively young area - I am 25, need to be (for my job) in a place that is full of young professionals. Any ideas?

eggnelle,

It sounds like the Warehouse District in downtown Cleveland might be what you're looking for.

You would love the Warehouse District. It is going through about a billion in new development from local developer Robert Stark. I was an urban planner back in Cleveland, and i can think of a great place for you. Its called the Pinnacle, it is very nice condo units. It is just phase one of about 5 more condo complexes going in. Its just west of downtown Cleveland, and is close to all that it offers. It is worth checking out.

Check out the Flats District as well. They are finishing up on phase two of Stonebridge Plaza. They have about five more phases in the works.

Try Tremont. Minutes from the warehouse district. Hip. Close to EVERYTHING.
