I lived in Beachwood before we moved to Australia. I enjoyed the days there. It is a nice area and close to most place we go. My family is a same size family as yours. My son was 3 years old when we left. We planed to let him go to the elementary school there, which is a very good one as we heard about. But because of my husband's job, we had to move. We are renting/selling our house now. It has 3-bed room with nice backyard, walk distance to park and library. Since we are not in Cleveland right now, we want to rent or sell it eagerly with very reasonable price. Let me know if you are interested. Anyway, good luck in Cleveland. I love the summer blossom concert and museums there. Hope you enjoy the time there.

I have a potential job offer in beachwood so i decided to check out the surrounding area online. I have the opposite situation from newmommy. I'm 27, single with no kids. should i stay in beachwood or live somewhere else? and being from North Carolina, lake-effect snow is a new concept, we close down schools at the threat of a couple of inches. the concept of west and east suburbs is a little foreign to me.

Im looking to rent a home in Beachwood for under $1500 per month. What are my chances? I was recently promoted and will be relocating there in May or June.
