6 years ago? Try 20 years ago, post soviet collapse. Very few immigrants anywhere from Russia moving in 2015. The children of the generation are growing up and spreading out too. Still a couple thousand Russians around, but slowly diminishing over the years.

I've lived in Arizona, NYC, and Washington DC. Why does age matter?

A couple months ago, the City Club hosted Aaron Miller to speak on the US' strategic interests and strategy in the Middle East. He's from here originally, and He told the story about coming to Cleveland to give the talk someone asked where he was going, to which he said, "I'm going home". He continued by saying he's lived in Washington DC for 40+ years now, but still regularly says Cleveland is home. He further remarked, "You can take the boy out of Cleveland, but you can't take Cleveland out of the boy". He then talked about how unique Cleveland is.

I found a link the City Club posted of his talk and have queued it to his remarks on Cleveland.
