MLS ID#: 2424957 - Residential Real Estate | Lyndhurst, OH 44124

Here is a link to a nice ranch style condo I found online in Lyndhurst for $149,000. It looks pretty nice to me, the picture of the kitchen looks gorgeous! Its a 2bdrm 2bath

You might snoop around the Shaker Sq area. It's true, most are expensive (like uber-wealthy Moreland Courts) but there may be some bargains just off Shaker Blvd and the Sq. There are some bargains in buildings along Van Aken, particularly in the Lee Rd area. Further up Van Aken, near Farnsleigh, they are a bit more expensive, but I know someone who swung a nice deal there... The problem anywhere in Shaker is mega-taxes. You're paying for the Shaker name and schools... Both Shaker Sq and Van Aken have the major advantage of rapid transit service (downtown, airport) practically to your door.
