Try any of the branches of Aladdin (Independence, Mayfield, Cleveland Hts, etc)...although I heard from a Lebanese-Canadian friend of mine that it's not "authentic" Lebanese. The one he used to frequent was Amir's in South Euclid, long closed now unfortunately.

There is a Middle Eastern commercial strip on the West Side of Cleveland, along Lorain Av.

Try downtown, Flats or Warehouse districts. These areas are booming. Cleveland has a large Lebanese population.

IMHO, the best Lebanese places are:

-Alladdin's Bakery on Carnegie(NOT affiliated with the Alladdin restaurants). This is more of a market/deli, not really a sit down restaurant but it's a great place and they make all of their pita right there.
Aladdin's Baking Company

Right next door is St. Maron's Catholic Church which is primarily Lebanese, with an Arabic choir, etc:
St. Maron Parish of Cleveland, OH

-LaPita Express on Detroit Ave in Lakewood(no link). This is just a tiny, little place but the guy has GREAT falafel and vegetarian wraps. The owner is the only one I've ever seen working there.

-The Sahara on Lorain Rd. on the West Side of Cleveland is also good. Small and family run neighborhood joint:
Cleveland - The Sahara - Restaurant Guide

-Nate's Deli on W.25th
Nate's Deli and Restaurant Restaurant, Ohio City Cleveland Ohio 44113

-5th Ave Deli on the East side is decent too:
5th Ave Deli in Cleveland, OH - YellowBot

Cleveland has a pretty robust Lebanese population. The near west side has a lot of little neighborhood restaurants and delis(mostly along Lorain, west of 117th.

the Detroit Shoreway neighborhood on the near west side could be ripe for a Lebanese places, as there are none right around, but it is an area being revitalized with new development. It is not far from the middle eastern neighborhoods either. My fave N.E places are Nates and Cedarland at the Clinic.
