Best Restaurants in Little Italy
I was to curious to other people's opinions.
I'll start it off. In no particular order, my favorites:
- Angelo's Nido Italia
- La Dolce Vita
- Gusto!
Other thoughts:
Best Gelato: Anthony's
Best Patries: Corbo's
Best Bread/Hang out Place: Presti's Bakery
Opinions??

Valentino's on Murray Hill.
They are not just the best in Little Italy but possibly the best in the entire city. I don't think I've ever given more of my money to a single restaurant than I've given to them. And its been worth every penny.

I got to agree with Valentino's. Good cheap food. The fancy place across the street (forgot the name sorry) Isn't too bad either.

I ate at Angelo's Nido Italia again tonight. AMAZING food again and at a fair price--this is now my official favorite.

Food this thread I created a while back, thought I'd add to it.
Just ate at a brand new place, Etna, this past weekend. Amazing food and I believe the owner is in Cleveland pretty recently from Sicily.

Is that the place that went in where Valerio's was before it moved? Are the owners related to Valerio?

^^Yes it is....Valerio's filled the long emptied Batutto storefront.
Not sure if there's a relation. Very well could be. I know Mr. Valerio was born in Sicily too.
