Default Looking for GOOD property manager
Hi, all, This is Liz from Columbia, SC
My client has a house in Cleveland OH, they tried to sell it over a year now and it is still on the market. They are tied to sit it vacant. It is around 320K house, they want to rent it out.

Can anyone give us some names of property managers around this area?

The honest and reputable ones

My first bit of advice as a real estate investor that also property manages is that it will be very hard to rent out a 320k house. Not when people can buy a house for what they would need to rent it for. Unless they own it outright with no mortgage.
