Hudson is the "richest" (by median income) in Summit County. I've always considered Hudson more of an Akron suburb than Cleveland, but Clevelanders disagree, it's like both Akron and Cleveland claim Hudson as their "own."
However, it's all run together anymore anyway!

"Some" money, yes... mostly in the areas along the lakefront. Much of the rest of Rocky River isn't particularly monied at all.

Not as much as people perceive. Most of Rocky River is middle class. An older community by the lake is where majority of the money is. If you have traveled the city you would have noticed most of the houses aren't that big and there are an abundance of townhouses, apartments, and rentals. Great community though!

I never thought of Rocky River as a very wealthy place. Of course you are going to have really nice houses on the lake, and right near it. Even most areas in Cleveland and Lorain on the lake (away from the industrial stuff) have very nice large houses.
I have always thought of Rocky River as just a normal, nice Cleveland suburb on the lake. Wealthy, but not especially wealthy.
