Shaker Heights is the richest "big" suburb (over 25,000 people), and the second richest in the state behind Upper Arlington. Other than that, the money on the east side is in Hunting Valley, Gates Mills, Chagrin Falls, Hudson, Aurora, etc.

Anyplace right on the lake is pretty rich. Even places in Lorain and Euclid have mansions along the lake. Westlake is pretty rich too.

Actually, Bath is the "wealthiest" area in Summit county

I would have to say Hunting Valley. I think they actually have parameters on how much a property can be worth if it's within the boundaries.
I agree that old money lives in Shaker, although Shaker has very wealthy and not so wealthy all in the same town. Gates Mills and Moreland Hills are swanky too.
Geauga County actually has a household income average of 151K which is extremely high. Thus, Russell, etc would be lumped into that.

I think that money is all over Cleveland, even though they say it's not. Those are some areas that have more money than not, and less differential of a middle class.
