haha thats pretty true but we can still hope. I dont know what happened to the Bengals, they used to be good I think. Also the Bengals are the main reason why the Browns didnt make it into the playoffs. They beat the Browns and if they would have lost the Browns would have had a better record than the Steelers and Titans. Cleveland still has a good chance this year. The Cavs are real good now, the Indians are as good as last year if not better, and the Browns seemed to be improving since last year.

I hate watching the Cavs play sometimes because whenever they play a team and lose, some guy on the other time had a career-high night. If you watch it you will notice this almost every single time that they lose, 1 or 2 guys on the other team have a really really good game and start playing good for some reason. If this didnt happen the Cavs record would be like 50-14 instead of 37-27 (still good though).

I notice the same thing when I watch the Cavs, and I watch every game.We always let somebody on the opposing team have a career best game against us.Its weird because we usually shut down the best player on opposing teams, but then someone you wouldn't expect to have a good game has one.But the Cavs are still in very good position. They are 37-27 and thats the 4th best record in the Eastern Conference. If the playoffs started right now we would have to play Toronto, and we would have home court advantage.Toronto is a pretty good young team, but Im pretty confident the Cavs would be able to beat them in a 7 game series. If we beat Toronto, good chances are in the second round we will be playing Detroit.I think the Cavs can beat them in a 7 game series, but its going to be like the previous two playoff series we've had against them. All the games will be close, and will probably have to be determined in the final minutes in each game.If we beat Detroit we will probably end up playing Boston in the Eastern Conference Finals.Again its going to be a tough series but I think the Cavs will be able to beat them too.As to who we'd face in the Finals if we made it to them again,I have no idea. The Western Conference is really good,I think any of the eight teams that make it to the playoffs in the Western Conference are championship material.

LOL ain't that the truth! Browns fans have been voted most loyal for many years now.

There was nothing like the Browns beating the Bengals in September this past year. I was at that game, and it got crazy. They said it was the loudest it got since being in the new Browns Stadium. That is over 9 years! I was sitting on the west end right behind the endzone, best seats I have ever had, not in the Dawg Pound. I remember seeing on the jumbo traun fans throwing beer on Chad Johnson , and then I could see from across the stadium two fans from the upper deck throw their beers down on the endzone. LOL I actually had my picture on the website for that game.

Dude, I know a loser keeping this in his favorites, but I thought it was awesome being on the Brown's Website: I am in the Orange Hat:
Cleveland Browns | Fans applauded for help Sunday

I just watched the Cavs-Nets game (Nets won...somehow), and it was the perfect example of what I said in the last post. The Nets are a very bad team, but somehow shot 80%!!! in the first quarter (they usually shoot 40%...). That is what I was just talking about. If any of the bad teams the Cavs faced played normally than the Cavs would beat them everytime, but somehow things like this happen. Also talking about loyal fans, half of the people in the Nets stadium were cheering for the Cavs lol. Probably because they know the Nets have no chance and are probably not even going to make it into the playoffs.

Im just so tired of Cleveland losing in everything. Im very, very tired of defending Cleveland as a city and the Sports teams. We NEED to win a championship in something. We have good teams, and I just hate seeing the city like this. We need to step up and stop being beat by garbage teams like the Nets, and the other garbage teams. we have Lebron, that should be enough to win a championship. I hope all the new players can find their spot in the next couple of game because we only have like 18 games left before the playoffs.

Yeah,I watched the game too.The Nets only beat us because we didn't have Big Z and Ben Wallace, our two best big men.The Nets beat us badly in the paint. If we had Ben Wallace and Z that wouldn't have happened. On a side note Lebron James had another very good game with 42 points.Devon Brown and Damon Jones had pretty good games too.

Yeah, thats another bad thing about this year even though we are still doing pretty good with 37-28 (4th in the East). We have had lots of injuries this year. At one point a few weeks ago half the team was injured and we still werent doing that bad, but not nearly as good as we could if we were healthy. As soon as the team is healthy and the new players find their place then I think the Cavs will be in the top 5 in the whole NBA (talent, not record).

How about last night against Orlando? The Cavs couldn't seem to make a shot!

Yeah, especially at the end it was pretty sad. They were doing good up until the 4th quarter. But still Orlando has a better record so they were supposed to beat the Cavs. Its better than being beat by the Nets or any of the garbage teams.

Hopefully all the players will be better and find their spot by playoff time. I think if everything works out right than we should have a pretty good chance at winning the whole thing. We will still have to get past Detroit, Boston, or the Rockets though which will all be very hard but the Cavs can do it if they are at their best.

SoCalClevelander is on a distinguished road
Never. Never gonna happen. Sigh.

I love my Cleveland sports teams (well, not so much the Cavs, I left town before LeBron, and you know before him, the Cavs were pretty much ignored). But I love me some Tribe and most especially, I love me some Browns. I see both teams if they come to Southern CA (fortunately, the Tribe plays the Angels often, gotta go to San Diego to see the Browns). I will never be a Dodger or Angel fan--and forget football here. Even if we had the NFL, I will never stop bleeding orange and brown.

But I dunno, my heart has been broken so many times by Red Right 88, The Drive, The Fumble, the goddam Broncos, the Marlins and the Red Sox--I just can't bear it. I wanted that World Series so bad last year for the Tribe... and once more it was for naught.

BTW, did my ears deceive me or *are they considering a roof for Cleveland Stadium*? What, has the city been invaded by pantywaist Bengals fans since I left? What happened to "we want real football, down and dirty, like it was meant to be played". Don't make me come back there and show you what a real Browns fan is!
