I've heard everything.....heard that Kamm's Corners is part of West Park, that W130th/Bellaire is West Park, even heard that West Boulevard and Lorain is West Park. And don't get me started on the realtors that sell a house located in the "West Park Area" and is absolutely nowhere near any of the above mentioned locations.
I am sure it does NOT really take up half of Cleveland's West Side (running a hundred blocks east and west, as well as the same running north and south), but based on descriptions I have received over the years it sure seems to.
What do you all think?

I generally consider Kamm's Corners and West Park to be interchangeable names for the same neighborhood. A lot of people also forget about Jefferson being a neighborhood that technically exists (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Je...!4d-81.7869042).

I don't consider Jefferson and Puritas-Longmead as part of West Park.

West Park was once a separate city, annexed to Cleveland in 1923 (my mother was born in 1922 and her birth certificate states she was born in West Park, Ohio). According to Wikipedia, West Park city was a whopping 12.5 square miles, and was bounded by West 117th Street on the east, the Rocky River Valley on the west, the city of Lakewood on the north, and Brookpark Road on the south.

That's pretty much how I think of it, although there would need to be some tweaking to those boundaries on the south and east as West 117th Street does not go all the way to Brookpark Road.

According to the Wikipedia article, West Park covers the officially-designated neighborhoods of "Jefferson, Kamm’s Corners, Puritas-Longmead, and Riverside" (Riverside was later renamed to Hopkins).

North Border: Lakewood
West Border: Metroparks
East Border: 140th
South Border: Puritas

But it really varies in certain spots.

Generally speaking, I'd say this is pretty accurate.
