Depends on what you like to do, and what time your hear for.

You could go watch a Cavs game, but they usually sell out fast. Indians will be playing in less than a week. There is a lot of museums and the Science Center. There is always concerts going on and there is a lot of different places to see them. There is a lot of bars and night clubs to go to and a couple different entertainment district. You could just drive around and look at all the sites in the area. Like I said it all depends on what you like to to its pretty easy to find something to do though.

We're going to Cleveland/Detroit this weekend. Thanks for the tips. We are not looking for bars/clubs as that is not our interest.

OK, great. Costello has nice suggestions. You can also hop a train for a 10-min ride to Shaker Sq, a quaint restaurant/shops district, too... enjoy.
