Very nice. Thanks for that CWRU year-by-year data link Peregrine. I moved to the Seattle area in the summer of 2010, and UW up here is absolutely amazing in terms of modern science related facilities -- although it benefits a lot from Bill Gates and Paul Allen money. Hope CWRU gets some rich benefactors in the years ahead.

Alright everyone, here's my rough draft. Please audit me. I feel like I'm leaving out some great things happening in Ohio City, Tremont, and Detroit-Shoreway...maybe because my brain is always on Downtown and UC. The Public Square redesign actually needs to happen. And it needs to be completely closed off to traffic, including buses. Let the 50 and over suburbanite commuters complain.

Nice list Costello, the development momentum is truly a sight to behold. Just a few to add. The Waterloo Road Streetscape Project, which will (hopefully) result in the opening of several new restaurants and businesses along that stretch, including XYZ the Tavern, and Crop Rocks (spin-off of Crop Bistro). Also, the proposed move of the Children's museum to a mansion on Euclid Avenue Euclid Avenue mansion, laden with public debt, might have future as children's museum (gallery) | cleveland.com.
