Very nice. Thanks for that CWRU year-by-year data link Peregrine. I moved to the Seattle area in the summer of 2010, and UW up here is absolutely amazing in terms of modern science related facilities -- although it benefits a lot from Bill Gates and Paul Allen money. Hope CWRU gets some rich benefactors in the years ahead.

Alright everyone, here's my rough draft. Please audit me. I feel like I'm leaving out some great things happening in Ohio City, Tremont, and Detroit-Shoreway...maybe because my brain is always on Downtown and UC. This really highlights the new residential Downtown and UC, and the hotel boom Downtown. For recently completed. I made the new cut at year 2011.
I give you...the progress that is Cleveland Ohio!

Nice list Costello, the development momentum is truly a sight to behold. Just a few to add. The Waterloo Road Streetscape Project, which will (hopefully) result in the opening of several new restaurants and businesses along that stretch, including XYZ the Tavern, and Crop Rocks (spin-off of Crop Bistro).
