Thats great! Good news in a way too. Thanks, Peregrine!
I was looking at the website and some of the pictures in the slideshow they offer, I had no idea it was planned for the lakefront.

^^There are two groups right now.
The For-profit Jeff Jacob's in the Powerhouse: Jacobs plans to bring aquarium to Powerhouse in the Flats - Metro - cleveland.com
Non-Profit Cleveland Aquarium Inc, which is where the website is from.
Odds are we're only going to see the Powerhouse...but I'd still take both!

Ahh Cleveland needs to rid itself of all the corrupt and worthless politicians that ruin this city. We need some progressive leaders to help transform the dieing areas of the city.
/end rant
But seriously, there is so much that could be done to improve the city, and it seems like it takes YEARS for anything close to happening. I doubt the Flats East Bank project will even go through in the next 10 years. Burke Lakefront certainly won't be changed in the next 10 years either, and it's prime real estate.

Yes, I walked past that today, I had to cross Euclid because the sidewalk was out due to construction.

Between Cleveland State and University Circle...construction is buzzing in on the eastside.
