Great news for Cleveland, the more you get packed into the downtown area the better. However, I'd like to see the lakefront built up residentially, instead of museums.
Got to get rid of Burke...

Also, the updated rendering of the East Bank of the Flats with Ernst and Young new building/hotel. The residential/commerical component will at least be right along the water once built:

ARE YOU READY?? Flats construction Phase I should begin soon enough now that's to the State and city:
$54 million in city, state funding to revive Flats East Bank project - cleveland.com
EDIT: If I had to guess, I would assume construction would begin early next year..right after all the snow. But what do I know, I hope we see crains go up tomorrow!
