Just drove down Euclid Ave. today, and it's really starting to look good. A lot of the blighted buildings are gone, and there are a lot of attractive new buildings. It's really starting to come together. It's an exciting time to be in Cleveland.

I make it up every 6 months or so for vacation (that's right, I vacation in Cleveland!) and Euclid has transformed from "Wow, this could be in a hip hop video" to "Wow, this looks finer than anything in North Carolina's research triangle or California or anything what the- like holy shi-"

I want them to keep this though. I think it adds a nice variety of low to mid level buildings. Turn this is to something amazing, because it has awesome potential.
