Default Apartments in Berea

Hello everyone. I am looking into a short term (summer) apartment for my son who will be working in Berea this summer on his internship. Any feedback on the Mill Stream Run Apartments? They seem to have an opening. Any places on campus @ Baldwin-Wallace they may offer a summer sublet? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Try Craigslist. You can search by location and price. Also, most have pictures of the rentals. Here is the link.

craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums

Thanks for the link, no real help there. Too wide of a list & mostly too high priced. I think the best bet will be to get there & hunt down info.

Try narrowing the search by town and price:

Follow link for 27 apartments listed in Berea you can narrow by price range too if needed.

classifieds - craigslist

I had done that. 25 of the 27 were too expensive, 1 won't do a 3 month lease & the other was a studio. Not a huge Craigslist fan.

I don't know how much this helps, but off the top of my head in Berea there is Tower in the Park (within a 1/2 mile from BW). In nearby Brook Park (about 1 mile from BW) is the Acadian (probabally the cheapest of the apartments in the Berea area). In Middleburg Heights there is The Islander (probably 5-10 minutes from BW). In Strongsville, there is Parkside Towers, Cherry Hill and Chestnut Lake that could be worth looking into (also 5-10 minutes from BW). In Berea itself, there are some smaller apartment complexes along Front Street. Also some college rental homes in that area.

We were there yesterday & actually looked at the Acadian. Tower inb the Park wanted to add $250/month for a 3 month lease. We found a place in Berea @ Mill Stream Run Apts. Much nicer than the Acadian, about the same price. Thanks for your input, he'll be moving in in 2 weeks.
