What area's on Cleve's WESTSIDE would be a somewhat "easy" commute to Lakewood? Not at all familar and trying to browse real estate online. Looking for newer communities, if possible. Thanks.

Rocky River, Westlake, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, Avon, Avon Lake, Bay Villiage all offer nice communities. I think that Westlake, Bay, Rocky River & possibly Avon have strong schools. I went to North Olmsted City Schools & had a great education. But things are changing so do some research in that is a concern. Otherwise, in any of those communities there are lots & lots of areas to shop & great places to eat! Crocker Park in Westlake is a nice place to check out.
Westlake & Bay are more expensive but are closer to the lake. Though it was only a 6 mile run from N. Olmsted HS to the lakeshore! The entire area is easy to get around. I used to commute to Lakewood from North Olmsted & it took 15 min along I-90. |

I use to live in Westlake, and the area if very close to Lakewood. I think Rocky River might be more close to Lakewood though.
