Ok, well, my brothers' girlfriend used to live in the Islander apartments and here is what she says: 'they suck. one bedroom was big and the other was tiny. there are no washers and dryers in the units.'
She had a roommate so my guess is that she had a 2 bedroom.
Overall she didnt like it.
I don't know anything about the Chestnut Lake apartments altho it seems they are owned by Gross Builders
