More on Mentor...please? (Cleveland: how much, moving to, nightlife)

Hi all! My wife and i are considering moving to the Mentor area, at the suggestion of a friend of ours (who wants to move with us). He answered many questions, but i have a few that he cant, so i'm gonna ask you!

first off, i'm going to finish up my associate in welding technology just before i move this upcoming spring/early summer. Can anyone tell me what kind of work i can find there- how much work is available, adn maybe even some idea of a typical wage?

Second- my wife will be looking for work in food service management- that is, catering, or more upscale (preferably non-chain) resturaunts- i have the same three questions as with the welding.

next, what is the pagan community like out that way? sparse/dense? active/uneventful? etc., etc.?

lastly, what is the bdsm, and swinger activity like? I know Cleveland has OhioSMART, but is there something a little closer? what other options are available?

To be honest, Mentor is a very faith-filled community and is very family-oriented. There is not much in the way of nightlife as there are only a few bars which are not very popular. There is a fairly strong industrial corridor however, along the railroad tracks pretty much from one side of the city to the other.
