Wedding Photographers recommendations (Cleveland, Chardon: weddings, budget, area)

Can anyone give me the name of good wedding photographers in the Cleveland - Chardon area? (or maybe even ones to avoid.)

Just starting this process and not sure how to find a good one. Looking at a wedding next summer.

(Also, while we are on the subject, how about wedding cake makers, florists in the area. We are planning this wedding long-distance, so it is a bit harder?)

i used to do wedding photography but i went to my nephew's wedding a few weeks back and he had a journalist do his wedding..... pictures were phenomenal... i will get a name.. this guy was far from the ordinary.

I was a wedding planner in Cleveland and have always recommended Rice Photography. Patrick Rice is a true genius and a pleasure to work with. His work speaks for itself. I think it all depends on your budget and the "type" of photography you are looking for. Are you a big fan of staged photos? Do you like a more photojournalistic approach?
