Mayfield Heights Near Hillcrest Hospital
I'm thinking of buying a home in Mayfield Heights.
Is the area East of SOM Center, behind Hillcrest, near Gates Mills Blvd looks really nice.
Any thoughts?

if it is 1642 (i think that is the address), the house is ok, it has been for sale for a while.. we checked the house when it first went on the market with a different realtor... there may be a water problem, it did have an odor so be careful... it also needs updating... on the good side, anything under 200 in this area is a steal...

there is another one on larchmont for sale at 269, it is larger but it is rough!

i know that the house on windsor was originally offered at 259 this past spring, they turned down 210 (friend made the offer)... usually the houses on this street last no more than a few days unless there is something wrong with them.
