I was wondering which would be cheaper?
An apartment in Parma for $850 a month or an apartment in North Royalton for $720 a month? I heard utilities in North Royalton are high, and am not sure if it was make the North Royalton apartment more expensive to live in each month.

Anyone have some quotes on utilities for those two areas?

It all depends on how much of the utilities you use. One person may not use much electricity, while another may use a bunch. Same goes for water, gas, and heat. I say call up the utility companies and ask if they can give you an average or call up the apartments you are interested in. I'm sure they will also tell you it depends on ther person.

Personally, I think NoRo (thats what we call it for short) is nicer, but maybe thats just me. I lived not too far from that area for a long time. My brother used to live in NoRo for probably 4 years. He liked it there. Worked for Gross Builders and lived in one of the buildings. I can find out more info if you would like. Just let me know.
