Well sort of, haha (I think the cat was named after him). It's actaully of US President Garfield, a Cleveland local.
And it is located in Lakeview Cemetery in just bordering Little Italy. There are many famous tombs there including , President Garfield, J. D Rockefeller, Elliot Ness, Ray Chapman (indians player that famously died by being hit by a pitch against the Yankees) and many, many local Clevelanders who helped shape the city.
