You may want to check out the Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights area. I don't know if you are looking for a house or an apartment but both have nice housing stocks, especially Shaker. Cleveland Heights has a lot of apartments and has the fun younger crowd you may be looking for in the Coventry area. It is also where a lot of the hospital residents, interns, and Case Western students like to live. You might also want to check out the Little Italy neighborhood in Cleveland. It is very safe and is quite a cool little neighborhood that has a lot to do. And all these suggestions are a very short commute to the Clinic (around 10 minutes). Hope that helps.
