Default Schools

I am trying to find a school that has great support for kids on the autism spectrum. My 10 year old child does well academically so he is not LD. He struggles in social skills and organizational skills. He also has dyspraxia and hates to write. I am worried about how he will handle the transition to a middle school (5th to 8th grade). The demands are very different from an elementary school. SO I am looking at private schools but not leaving out the need to move to a good district. We tried Lawrence and they did not accept him because he is not LD.
